◘ Applications:
Type EC-8 liquid level controller in used to control the level inside
the reservoirs, and other pressurized or non-pressurized tanks in different
industries. By the sensor mounted in different level in to the S.S. rod, the
required commands are simply sent to the main electrical panels through the
relevant electrical panel and thus, the liquid level inside containers can
be controlled and fixed at the favorable height automatically by start and
stop of feed pumps. Also by mounting more sensors on the device , the
function safety can be enhanced or warning such as alarm, flasher, and etc,
can be used.
◘ Operating principles:
This instrument has been designed on the basis of the laws of physical,
liquid pressure and electromagnetic property. Type EC-8 liquid level
controller with the possibility made for mounting from side and above the
reservoirs is suitable for liquid level control in cases the tanks are
mounted underground. Change of liquid level causes movement the position of
the floater and by the mounted sensor in required levels on the device, as a
result of a.m laws the commands on-off are sent to the main electrical
circuit through the relevant electrical controller. By this wav the liquid
level inside tanks can be controlled automatically.

◘ Installation:
In cases the tanks are mounted underground or in required conditions the
instrument is installed on topside of thanks by the connection flange, (Fig.
2). If the elevation of thanks to be more than 2000mm we equip one guide at
the end of the system that will be matched to bottom of vessel. In this
cases the floater rod is fixed from the bottom to the safeguard-grating
plate (Fig. 4). In cases it is required to installation the instrument from
sides of thanks, the device is mounted on reservoirs vertically from the
connecting flanges (Fig. 3).
