Type ER-6 level controller device has been designed with the simplest
function. This instrument consists of a propelling floater ball and related
cable is coated with an special PVC which a metal ball and a limit switch
installed inside device. with change in liquid level the propelling floater
ball, floats or hangs freely and so with change the position of floater, the
metal ball inside it is lead to other direction and finally causes ON or OFF
the internal limit switch. Required commands are sent to the electrical
circuits for controlling machines like: pumps, alarms and etc through
operation of limit switch. all plastic parts are screwed or welded and ER-6
level regulator is dirty proof and don't need any maintenance the operating
principle determined by the figs 1 .. 7.

◘ Installation:
Type ER-6 liquid level controller in used to with 24v and according
different required can be used one or more of the device for controlling
liquid level of reservoirs. The following electric diagrams for samples are
determined.
